Progress is being reported in the restoration of owner Ron Fagen’s North American B-25J Mitchell 44-86698, Registration number N325N. Formerly going by the name “Sunday Punch” and known for its unusual solid nose that bristled with guns and its colorful nose art, the plane is currently being restored by Aero Trader in Chino California and is scheduled to be fitted with a standard glass nose and will be repainted, though the first task to be addressed will be corrosion.
