OPen Cockpit at Pacific Aviation Museum

A little over a week from now, on Saturday, October 18th, visitors to the Pacific Aviation Museum will have the opportunity to sit in the cockpits of several historic combat aircraft including the F-15 Eagle, F-5 Freedom Fighter, F-111 Aardvark, MiG-21, CH-53 Sea Stallion, and SH-60 Seahawk. This will be the Museum’s third Open Cockpit Day this year, and is free for Museum Members, or with the normal admission fee for non-Members. Cockpit entry will require some guests to be physically able to climb stairs and inside the aircraft of course, and children under 10 will need adult supervision.

Visitors should bring their cameras of course and the Museum staff will do the rest. Pilot’s gear, the Museum’s vintage aircraft, and meetings with aviation heroes will create a unique family day.
