The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum will be holding their Pacific Theatre Day event this coming Saturday on June 23rd from their facility at Paine Field in Everett, Washington. It should be a marvelous day of flying and vehicle demonstration featuring machines which operated in the Pacific Theatre of Operations during WWII.

The aircraft participating in this event will include the museum’s FG-1D Corsair, Curtiss P-40C Warhawk, Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat, and North American B-25J Mitchell. It is possible that their Mitsubishi A6M ‘Zero’ will fly as well. The locally-based Historic Flight Foundation will also be flying their Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat and TBM-3E Avenger at the event. The pilots taking these magnificent aircraft aloft are expected to include Kevin Eldridge, John Penney, Carter Teeters, Jason Muszala, Lance Robertson, Nancy Robertson, and Ross Granley. The museum’s de Havilland T.Mk.III Mosquito will be on static display.
